We connect vehicles to the future

We connect vehicles to the future

The automotive sector is changing. And it is nothing less than a complete transformation that will radically change our experience of mobility. This transformation comprises 4 megatrends: autonomous driving, mobile online services, mobility as a service & electrification. With a team of more than 1,100 talents, Volkswagen Infotainment is at the forefront of these developments! These megatrends serve as motivation for us to be part of this transformation and play our part in the future of the automotive industry.

Our motivation

Mobile Online Services

Mobile Online Services

Modern vehicles are connected vehicles. They are defined over digital services that constructors can provide to the customer. Over-the-air-udates, parking space indexing in the big city, pre-heating the car via smartphone on a cold winter day, always having up-to-date maps; When it comes to mobile online services, creativity knows no bounds!

Mobility as a service

Mobility as a service

What is mobility? To us, it is an offer of different connected transportation options and not an isolated vehicle. We imagine a world where one buys and consumes mobility, whether a car or other means of transportation belonging to a fully networked mobility market are required.

Automous driving

Automous driving

Newer development in the industry are paving the way for autonomous driving: A driving experience that will noticeably increase the consumer’s comfort.

Electrification

Electrification

Electric propulsion solutions are a driving the future. They are paired with lowering carbon emissions yet come with their set of challenges.

With a team of more than 1,100 talents, Volkswagen Infotainment is at the forefront of these developments! Together with our parent company CARIAD, we are development fitting solutions for the various brands of the Volkswagen Group.
